Prospects wanted straight answers before they would hand over a phone number, and every comparison meant the adviser reading four policy documents side by side.

    Annual premiums for the same profile are shown side by side across insurers, riders included, with the lowest flagged.

    Visitors ask questions in their own words; answers are drawn from the uploaded policy documents rather than marketing pages.

    Every answer cites its sources, so a claim about a rider or an exclusion can be checked against the exact page.

    Follow-up questions keep the thread, so “is it good for my family?” is answered in the context of the plans already discussed.

    When the visitor is ready, a WhatsApp handoff connects them to the adviser with a summary of what they explored.
